Journalling reads:When you were younger, it was never easy to do anything fun with you like cooking. You had a real phobia of getting anything on your hands or being dirty. so we used to cheat. We would buy a packet cake mix, put you in your painting apron and get out nannie fredas food processor. we got to have all of the fun of baking cakes together without any of the mess. I only wish you would have at least tried some of the cakes we had stood and made. Or at least not insisted on covering them all in that icky pink icing. We always ended up with so many we couldn’t eat them. I will say one thing though, everyone daddy worked with used to love it when we baked, because they always ended up getting all of the cakes to eat so they were not wasted. 22nd May 2005
